- Yes, exercising minimally regularly with Wheely-X with gradually build up your strength to use a manual wheelchair.
How much space is needed?
- 2m x 1.2m per Wheely-X (6’7” x 4’)
What kind of wheelchairs can this be used with?
- Manual wheelchairs only. Sport wheelchairs may not be used on WHEELY-X.
Are there any activities for backward movement?
- Yes, ther are instructor-led circuit trainings containing backward, forward, and turning movements.
